We have two room options from which you may choose:

1. Shared Room (two students per bedroom)

2. Private Room with Private Bath

The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.

rexIRVINE student housing is priced per term and is based on the program the student is enrolled in.

Each applicant must also pay for the Housing Placement Fee and the Deposit.

Yes. If you contact our office, and if your apartment is available early, then you can pay the applicable daily rate for each additional day.

If you have signed a lease for two consecutive terms, then you can stay in your apartment during the term break for no additional charge.

If you would like to extend your lease to include the upcoming term, please contact our office for assistance.

Every student must pay a $500 USD deposit upon finalizing their housing application. This amount, less any applicable fees, is fully-refundable at the end of the student's lease term.

Upon submitting your housing application, a $250 non-refundable fee will be charged. Once you have submitted your housing application and paid your housing application fee, you are guaranteed housing.

Yes! Both of the apartment communites are with 4 km of the UCI campus.

Yes. All of the roommate assignments and apartment assignments are arranged by gender.

The maximum occupancy of each apartment is four. Typical occupancy is between two and four. The number of students in each apartment is determined by the occupancy type each student has selected.

If both you and your flatmate have opted for private occupancy, then there will only be two students per apartment.

When you submit your application, indicate your friend's name. Although roommate requests aren't guaranteed, we will do what we can to make sure you're in the same room.

You can reserve your place for an upcoming program by selecting the program you will attend during your application process.

*Each apartment is allotted $100 worth of utilities per month. Any excess will be paid for by tenants.
